Size: 2.4 inches (6.0 centimeters)
Filament-finned Prawn-goby grows up to 2.4 inches (6.0 centimeters) long. It has 7 dorsal spines, 12 dorsal soft rays, 1 anal spine, 11 anal soft rays, and 26 vertebrae.
Filament-finned Prawn-goby is bright yellow from the top of its head to its chin, including most of its eyes.
Its second dorsal and tail fins are see-through yellow with a faint blue band along the edge and several rows of dark-edged blue spots. The anal and pointy pectoral fins have a yellowish tint.
This fish doesn’t have scales on its chest area or at the base of its pectoral fins.
There are no head pores, and there’s a dark stripe on its head that ends at the lower part of the preoperculum (a bone near the gills). The middle area before the dorsal fin is scaleless too.
