Multicolor Angelfish, scientifically known as Centropyge multicolor, is a type of colorful marine fish that belongs to the Pomacanthidae family.
It’s also called Pearlback Angelfish. This fish is found in the Pacific Ocean and sometimes appears in aquariums.
Multicolor angelfish grows up to about 9 cm long. It lives near steep underwater cliffs around coral reefs, often hiding in small piles of rubble.
It swims at depths of 20 to 90 meters and is good at blending into its surroundings. It mainly eats plants and does well in aquariums.
This fish usually lives in groups of 3 to 7 members.
